Tremco is currently searching for a National Accounts Manager in the Healthcare Market. This is a remote position.

This role is primarily responsible for cultivating relationships and improving the revenue and profitability of existing and new National Accounts in the Healthcare Market, along with developing customer strategies within the National Accounts Program to achieve Tremco's sales and profit plans.

Specific Responsibilities
  1. Target new and develop existing National Account opportunities, specifically in the Healthcare Market.
  2. Establish senior level relationships within targeted Healthcare National Accounts.
  3. Establish agreements, contracts, LOCs, MSAs for long-term business with Healthcare customers.
  4. Identify perceived gaps in our value offerings that present opportunities for Healthcare growth.
  5. Manage revenue forecast processes for each Healthcare National Account.
  6. Communicate closely with the National Accounts Director and Business Development team regarding account activity, product/service recommendations, bidding, estimating, quoting, and project pipeline.
  7. Identify and execute sales tools and resources to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Manage margin, revenue growth, and account targeting in line with company goals.
  9. Manage, mentor, and lead team members aligned with the National Accounts program to ensure goals are met.
Key Activities
  1. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and participate in Healthcare events with the National Account team.
  2. Develop programs, scopes of work, pricing, and negotiate contracts for national projects within Healthcare systems.
  3. Lead regular cadence calls with clients and support teams to update on account status.
  4. Resolve conflicts with corporate and field sales as needed.
  5. Present progress and success reports to management.
  6. Coach Tremco reps and corporate account managers on account development, messaging, presentation, pricing, negotiations, and proposals.
  7. Coordinate with Tremco representatives to ensure awareness of National Account responsibilities and goals.
  8. Participate in monthly meetings to review activities related to Healthcare National Accounts.
  9. Engage with clients regarding capabilities in new construction and infrastructure maintenance.
  10. Identify client pain points and promote building envelope solutions specific to Healthcare.
  11. Collaborate on long-term asset management plans to prioritize proactive maintenance over replacement.
Accountability
  1. Achieve and surpass annual sales targets for Healthcare programs.
  2. Develop new accounts within the Healthcare National Accounts portfolio.
  3. Build senior relationships at strategic accounts for sales growth.
  4. Support international projects remotely across U.S., Canada, and internationally.
  5. Provide regular reports on account activities and opportunities within CRM systems.
Other Requirements
  1. Travel to client sites as needed.
  2. Participate in industry tradeshows and networking events.
  3. Have experience developing large Healthcare Systems.
  4. Possess team selling and leadership experience.
  5. Provide strategic and technical insights based on industry best practices.
  6. Be proficient in public speaking and delivering presentations.
  7. Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  8. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Education

Bachelor's degree or significant Healthcare experience.

Experience

Four to seven years of related experience or training.

The salary range is approximately $150,000 to $160,000, based on qualifications and other factors.
