Ocean Spray is hiring for a National Accounts Manager, Club East! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a farmer-owned co-op, everyone contributes to our success, from our founders to our current team members.

Position Location: This is a remote role based out of our headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We welcome remote candidates.

We are seeking a National Accounts Manager to join our Club Channel sales team, managing East Coast Club business. The ideal candidate will be energetic, entrepreneurial, and committed to driving new initiatives with our Club Channel partners. The Regional Business Manager for Club will handle daily operations and develop new business within the channel, preferably based in Massachusetts or New England.

This is a remote position reporting to the Sales Team Lead, Club.

A Day in the Life...
  • Manage and develop Club East business for Ocean Spray brands
  • Manage BJ’s and Costco NE, SE, and TX regions, collaborating with Costco National Sales Lead and Club Team Lead to identify regional opportunities
  • Engage with customer decision-makers, understand their business and initiatives, and influence Ocean Spray’s organization to meet customer needs profitably
  • Develop and maintain key business accounts; drive portfolio growth
  • Lead internal initiatives including item commercialization, customer strategy, promotional programs, and annual planning
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional programs and launch new products effectively
  • Work closely with buyers and operations for optimal distribution and programming
  • Manage communications related to national accounts, including contracts, pricing, compliance, and sales reporting
  • Forecast volume and trade spend, model prices, understand P&L, and manage contracts
  • Analyze and recommend initiatives for business growth across contracts
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Club Channel
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer and syndicated data
  • Ability to develop strategies and achieve plans
  • Excellent presentation skills for internal and external audiences
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or partnerships preferred
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems with support from multiple functions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Travel required: 10% - 20%
Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher required

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Annual Salary

$102,200 - $140,500
