Overview
Tremco is seeking a National Accounts Manager (remote). This role focuses on cultivating relationships and increasing revenue and profitability of existing and new National Accounts, and developing customer strategies within the National Accounts Program to help achieve Tremco's annual sales and profit plan.
Responsibilities
- Target new and develop existing National Account opportunities.
- Establish senior level relationships within targeted National Accounts.
- Establish agreements, contracts, and MSAs for long-term business with National Account customers.
- Identify gaps in value offerings and opportunities for National Account growth.
- Manage a revenue forecast process for each National Account.
- Communicate with the National Accounts Director and Tremco Business Development team regarding activity tied to product/service recommendations, bidding, estimating, quoting, and project pipeline.
- Identify and execute sales tools and resources to impact National Account satisfaction.
- Manage margin, revenue growth, and account targeting in line with program goals.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate team members aligned to the National Accounts program to achieve goals.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and events with Tremco/WTI/Grainger National Account teams.
- Develop programs, scopes of work, pricing, and contract negotiations for national projects.
- Lead regular cadence calls with National Account customers and aligned support teams to keep stakeholders informed.
- Resolve account conflicts and present account development progress to management.
- Provide coaching to Tremco reps and corporate account representatives managing National Account opportunities.
- Collaborate with Tremco and Grainger teams to update on activities tied to National Account programs.
- Engage with current and future National Accounts on OneTremco/WTI capabilities for new construction and existing infrastructure.
- Identify key pain points and educate on building envelope solutions (roofing, safety, HVAC, facade, waterproofing, etc.).
- Help build long-term asset management plans (5–10 year) prioritizing proactive maintenance over replacement.
Accountability
- Meet and exceed sales targets per program goals.
- Add and develop new accounts within the National Accounts portfolio.
- Develop and facilitate senior-level relationships at strategic accounts to drive incremental sales.
- Support international teams and coordinate projects remotely (U.S., Canada, International).
- Provide monthly/quarterly reports on National Account activity.
- Assist in managing opportunities and reporting within Tremco's CRM systems.
- Provide monthly status updates on National Account activities as part of intake processes.
- Provide updates as part of the National Accounts MPGT monthly communication.
Other Requirements
- Travel to National Account locations as needed based on priority business development.
- Participate in various tradeshows and industry networking events.
- Must have previous experience developing large corporate accounts.
- Team selling and leadership experience.
- Provide strategic and technical insight using industry best practices.
- Ability to present to large groups and communicate Tremco’s value proposition.
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four- or five-year college or university.
- Four to seven years of related experience and/or training.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range generally between $150,000 and $160,000. Tremco offers benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, company pension plan, performance-based commission, and continuing education.
