Qualifications

• Ability to utilize AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Zone Leaders and Underwriters to achieve liability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
• Manage large/critical accounts and national accounts strategy.
• Oversee adherence to reinsurance treaty.
