Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking an HVAC Manager/Service Tech to service and maintain systems for national accounts. You will diagnose, repair, and service HVAC units on-site, using hand-tools and following blueprints or engineering specs.

The role requires on-site work at customer locations, coordinating site activities and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, site surveys, parts planning, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• Servicing and repairing HVAC equipment on customer sites.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or engineering specs.
• Strong customer-facing communication to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Service products and equipment on assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use hand-tools to diagnose and repair units per blueprints/specs.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation by analyzing layout and gathering materials.
