Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking an HVAC Manager / Service Tech to service and maintain equipment on national accounts across multiple sites. The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and coordinating on-site work with customers.

You will engage in quoting jobs, inspecting equipment, and providing technical support while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position requires hands-on service, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing products and equipment on project sites.
• Ability to diagnose and repair units using hand-tools and specs.
• Ability to quote jobs and provide technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location.
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
• Represents company by serving as a direct customer contact.
• Keeps current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair.
• Reads and interprets product specifications and provides technical support to customers.
