Job summary

Visit Saint Paul seeks a National Account Executive to promote Saint Paul as a premier meetings destination and generate business for Saint Paul RiverCentre and member hotels. You will lead regional and national accounts, build relationships with meeting professionals, and drive hotel room nights and event bookings.

This sales leadership role requires developing new business, coordinating with hotels, venues, and hospitality partners, and presenting Saint Paul story throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in hotel, convention center, or hospitality sales.
• Knowledge of hospitality/meetings industry terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM programs; iDSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell Saint Paul’s hotels, RiverCentre, and destination assets to generate convention and event business.
• Develop and manage regional and national accounts with prospecting and relationship-building.
• Meet or exceed sales goals, including definite bookings and room nights, with timely communication to planners.
• Prepare bids and destination presentations coordinating hotel availability, rates, and incentives.
• Maintain complete CRM data and travel 4–7 times per year for events.
