Allen Lund Company is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to join our team in a data-driven role that bridges Operations, Customers, and IT. You will support business data requirements, contribute to new account growth, and help develop standard operating procedures, reporting, and dashboards based on KPI needs.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience with BI reporting, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and BI capability with data-driven mindset.
• Experience building KPI reporting, dashboards, and routine stakeholder reports.
• Ability to support RFP data requests and translate requirements into analytics.
• Comfort coordinating with Operations, Customers, and IT to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & BI: support analytics, create performance scorecards, develop KPI reporting, assist with RFP data, design dashboards, identify inefficiencies.
• Customer & Relationship Management: improve customer satisfaction, manage relationships, communicate project results, stay aligned with industry needs.
• Operations & Reporting: build loads, verify appointments, ensure drivers track via ALC App, update systems and data, analyze scorecards.

We are looking for a National Accounts Coordinator to join our team! This position is the liaison between Operations, Customers, and IT, assisting with business data requirements for the National Accounts team. You'll also be responsible for assisting in growing new accounts based on developing standard operating procedures, reporting, and a variety of data and systems. What You'll Do (Your Superpowers in Action!):

• Analytical & Business Intelligence:
  • Assist with Business Intelligence and analytical support.
  • Create performance scorecards and other routine required reporting for stakeholders.
  • Support with RFP data and analytical support for our team and offices.
  • Develop KPI reporting based on business requirements.
  • Work with developers in designing and supporting dashboards based on customer KPI requirements.
  • Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
• Customer & Relationship Management:
  • Identify innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
  • Work with customers as needed to balance their needs with what ALC can offer.
  • Stay current with customers and the Transportation and Logistics industry to identify business needs and potential.
• Operations & Reporting:
  • Build loads and update files.
  • Verify scheduled appointments are being met by offices.
  • Ensure drivers are tracking on the ALC App.
  • Update customer's systems and critical information.
  • Analyze and dispute customer scorecards.
