Job summary

Allen Lund Company is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to act as the liaison between Operations, Customers, and IT. You will support business data requirements, develop standard operating processes, reporting, and data systems to grow national accounts.

The role requires analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. Join a team focused on growth, data-driven decisions, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Analytical & Business Intelligence: Create KPI dashboards and reports for stakeholders; support RFP data and BI analysis; work with developers on dashboards based on customer KPI requirements; identify inefficiencies in business processes.
• Customer & Relationship Management: Improve customer satisfaction, manage relationships, maintain project communication, balance customer needs with company offerings.
• Operations & Reporting: Build loads, update files, verify schedules, ensure app usage, update systems, review scorecards, monitor Power BI and ALX, support billing.

Ready to Be a Strategic Dynamo? Join Our Team as a National Accounts Coordinator!

We are looking for a National Accounts Coordinator to join our team! This position is the liaison between Operations, Customers, and IT, assisting with business data requirements for the National Accounts team. You'll also be responsible for assisting in growing new accounts based on developing standard operating procedures, reporting, and a variety of data and systems. What You'll Do (Your Superpowers in Action!):

• Analytical & Business Intelligence:
  • Assist with Business Intelligence and analytical support.
  • Create performance scorecards and other routine required reporting for stakeholders.
  • Support with RFP data and analytical support for our team and offices.
  • Develop KPI reporting based on business requirements.
  • Work with developers in designing and supporting dashboards based on customer KPI requirements.
  • Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
• Customer & Relationship Management:
  • Identify innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
  • Work with customers as needed to balance their needs with what ALC can offer.
  • Stay current with customers and the Transportation and Logistics industry to identify business needs and potential.
• Operations & Reporting:
  • Build loads and update files.
  • Verify scheduled appointments are being met by offices.
  • Ensure drivers are tracking on the ALC App.
  • Update customer's systems and critical information.
  • Analyze and dispute customer scorecards.
  • Review and monitor reports in Power BI and ALX.
  • Update active load information into the system for the shipper and carrier tracking.
  • Support billing needs.
