Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a National Account Support Coordinator in Lawrenceville, GA to manage 3PL relationships, process material requests, and coordinate inventory and orders for Panel and Fiberon programs. The role supports timely shipping and accurate reporting across the 3PL network.

Ideal candidates will handle EDI-related issues, maintain critical contact lists, and collaborate with transportation and Woodgrain warehouses to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with 3PL partners and warehouses.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing relationships within 3PL customers and 3PL warehouses
• Process 3PL customer inbound and transfer material requests
• Coordinate 3PL customer inventory cycle count requests
• Process 3PL customer open order reports, POD requests, and cancelation reports
• Manage the 3PL warehouse process, i.e., process EDI errors, cancel OOS orders
• Maintain 3PL contact list, cross reference material sheet, and 3PL warehouse contacts
• Process new orders for the Panel and Fiberon programs
• Manage the panel production schedule to ensure timely shipping
• Communicate with Transportation on ready to ship panel orders
• Perform weekly consignment inventory and direct panel billings
• Communicate with Woodgrain warehouses and transportation on Fiberon stock and special orders
• Answer inbound customer calls
• All other duties that may be assigned
