Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a National Account Support Coordinator to maintain and support relationships with 3PL customers and warehouses. The role involves processing inbound requests, coordinating inventory cycles, and handling reports such as open orders, PODs, and cancellations.

You will manage 3PL warehouse processes, resolve EDI errors, update contact lists, process new orders for Panel and Fiberon programs, and ensure timely shipping while liaising with Transportation and Woodgrain warehouses

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing relationships within 3PL customers and 3PL warehouses
• Process 3PL customer inbound and transfer material requests
• Coordinate 3PL customer inventory cycle count requests
• Process 3PL customer open order reports, POD requests, and cancelation reports
• Manage the 3PL warehouse process, i.e., process EDI errors, cancel OOS orders
• Maintain 3PL contact list, cross reference material sheet, and 3PL warehouse contacts
• Process new orders for the Panel and Fiberon programs
• Manage the panel production schedule to ensure timely shipping
• Communicate with Transportation on ready to ship panel orders
• Perform weekly consignment inventory and direct panel billings
• Communicate with Woodgrain warehouses and transportation on Fiberon stock and special orders
• Answer inbound customer calls
• All other duties that may be assigned
