Position: National Account Manager - Retail, Co-Op
The National Account Manager, Retail position is responsible for developing and growing relationships with existing and new accounts to drive sales and market share primarily within Hardware Co-Ops, independent hardware stores, and lumberyards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met through account strategy, planning, program alignment, dealer execution, and collaboration with internal teams. Position will take on other Ferguson brands where applicable.
Location: This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in the continental US. Ideal candidate would be based in the Midwest, but not a requirement.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
Estimated ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
