National Account Manager – Big Box & Grocery (Remote) / Orlando
Location: Remote (U.S.- Based) - Orlando Home Base

We're growing our retail team and looking for a National Account Manager with a strong background in Big Box and Grocery retail to help drive the expansion of our air filtration brands across major national retailers.

This is a high-impact, remote opportunity to join a dynamic team and take ownership of strategic retail partnerships in a rapidly evolving category.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and grow national accounts within big-box and grocery retail channels
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales, improve shelf positioning, and increase brand visibility
  • Lead promotional planning, forecasting, and category management initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on pricing, marketing, and supply chain strategy
  • Analyze retail data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience managing key accounts in the big box or grocery retail space (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.)
  • Track record of expanding shelf space and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with POS data, syndicated data (e.g., IRI, Nielsen), and using insights to guide strategy
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
