Overview

A respected leader in the specialty foods segment is looking to add a National Accounts Manager to the team. This company is known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and the art of flavor. Serving chefs, mixologists, and hospitality brands nationwide, it continues to set the standard for consistency and creativity—where craftsmanship and passion come together to inspire exceptional dining and beverage experiences.

Note: This is a remote plus travel position (up to 50%).

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for national and regional chain accounts, managing relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Defend and grow existing business by increasing menu presence, introducing new products, and identifying customer-specific solutions.
  • Analyze sales and category trends to develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy.
  • Participate in the development and achievement of annual budgets and account goals.
  • Oversee inventory planning and coordination with key distribution partners.
  • Lead ideation sessions and promotional presentations for customer innovation opportunities.
  • Manage rebate programs and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and marketplace developments to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing U.S. national or regional chain accounts within the foodservice industry.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with key decision-makers at multi-unit operators.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational planning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 base (commensurate with experience), 25% Bonus Program, Profit Sharing, Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision (100% employer-paid for single coverage), excellent 401K, generous PTO and much more!
