Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, seeks a National Accounts Manager to develop and manage key relationships across a national account portfolio. This strategic sales leader will drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, and collaborate across functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The NAM will grow assigned national accounts, develop strategic plans, and lead training, pricing, and warranty activities while traveling extensively to support customers across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial sectional or rolling door sales experience, or experience managing large national accounts within the door industry.
  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Proven success in account management, business development, and strategic sales growth.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing pricing strategies and customer contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product specifications, blueprint reviews, take-offs, and product substitution processes.
  • Manage warranty requests and provide root-cause analysis related to product installation and performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and applicable building codes and standards.

Required Qualifications
What We're Looking For

Travel Requirements

This position requires overnight travel throughout the United States and Canada, averaging approximately 9-11 nights per month.
