  • You will develop and execute strategies and sales plans for existing and targeted accounts within your portfolio or designated geography
  • Drive direct sales of company products, services, and systems to key corporate customers, generating planned sales revenue
  • Negotiate and secure National Account Agreements in collaboration with legal teams
  • You are expected to expand sales within existing customers and target new customer sales through corporate-level contacts and field resources
  • Translate financial impacts of decisions, planning, and strategies into measurable outcomes and provide reporting to management
  • Lead efforts in lead generation and new business acquisition, building valuable relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • You will maintain deep understanding of market needs and ensure significant business growth within assigned market or geographic area
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with field-level internal teams and nationwide organization
  • Identify, develop, and implement strategies for major accounts, acting as the single point of resolution for customer needs
  • You will monitor competitive activity and maintain competitive intelligence to proactively protect market share
  • Recognize emerging account needs and develop market offerings accordingly
  • Plan and execute sales for major regional and national accounts, participating in high-level sales negotiations
  • You work independently in a complex environment, adapting to evolving business needs

What makes you great

  • You possess a Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven experience in strategic and national account management with a defined sales process
  • Strong background in industrial and/or specialty gases
  • You have demonstrated success negotiating contracts at a corporate level
  • Seven to ten or more years of sales experience preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations as required
  • You have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing complex accounts and multiple priorities

Pay Range: $125,475 - $184,030
