National Executive Recruiter - Facilities Maintenance/Construction Services

MetroSeek has been engaged in a number of searches for key clients seeking top notch Remote Sales Executives with direct experience in Construction Services (commercial refresh, remodel, rollout) within a National Account portfolio.

National Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business by building relationships with key decisions makers to end-user accounts such as Retail, Restaurant, Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality, Multifamily, Senior Living, Commercial, Property Management and other related verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop lead list and utilize current rolodex and/or cold-call to contact decision makers in Facilities and Construction Departments
  • Assess and Qualify opportunities
  • Identify client pain points and develop comprehensive solutions to meet needs
  • Update and maintain CRM system
  • Attend industry tradeshows
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Effectively develop and conduct presentations and follow-up meetings
  • Conduct competitive market analysis
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing a solution, and communicating necessary recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales of any of the following: Commercial Refresh, National Rollout, Commercial Remodels, Commercial Tenant Improvement
  • Direct experience calling on multi-unit, multi-site clientele in Retail, Restaurants, etc.
  • Experience covering a territory of 10+ states
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to work remote
  • Social Media proficiency with LinkedIn and other similar sites.
  • Self-driven and tenacious
  • Attention to Detail: the magic number is 309. You will need this.
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
