Truly a once-in-a-career opportunity with a leading firm in the aviation industry: Grice Group has been retained to find an individual who can will lead an existing nationally known consulting firm's existing Airport Architecture practice as a Senior Vice President.

This key role will focus on these objectives:

• Business development
• Client management and project management
• Leadership of associates
• Industry involvement in ACC/AAAE/ACI
• Business acumen

The individual selected will need extensive experience (at least 15 years) in airport terminal design projects around the United States. Other airport facilities and buildings infrastructure experience is valuable, too, as the company is open to someone outside of architecture. An architectural background is an obvious option for one's background, but other building-related experience such as in engineering or systems may also be the right credentials, too. Relationships with airport leaders, consulting firm partners, experience mentoring staff, solid track record of business development and managing projects are needed. Legacy involvement in the airport industry such that you know how teams form, proposals work, and how airport projects become and stay profitable are key.
