Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial advisory position.
• Experience in proactive sales and high-service in financial services.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to bring in bank and brokerage assets.
• Deepen relationships through financial planning and profiling.
• Recommend offerings based on client profiling and suitability assessments.
• Provide investment advice using firm models and research.
• Lead referrals and coordinate with segment partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory procedures.
• Coach and train team members as a leader.
