This exceptional team is seeking a new Clinical Department Head to guide their efforts in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. If you’re a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with at least 2 years of practice experience, this could be your next career opportunity.

2. 100% outpatient practice averaging only 8-10 patients per day
3. Entire practice model revolves around patient well-being, allowing you to spend meaningful time with each patient

5. Services include Medical, Dental, Nutrition, Psychiatry, PT, OT, and Speech Pathology
