Morgan & Morgan in Nashville seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. You will work closely with our trial attorneys, support before, during, and after trials, and help prepare demands and reports while learning our playbook to become a polished litigator.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active TN State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in personal injury law.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Help prepare demands and work with cases pre-suit
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers
