Qualifications

• 2-6+ years in commercial real estate development, investments, capital markets, PE/IB or related discipline.
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel & Argus required).
• Strong analytical foundation with polished communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite development opportunities using advanced Excel and Argus modeling.
• Analyze leases, operating statements, cash flows, and market comps.
• Conduct market and tenant research to support acquisition & development strategy.
