Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC controls installation experience or 2nd-year electrical apprentice seeking specialization.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control submittals.
• Proficient in building control panels, landing/terminating wires, and running conduit.

Responsibilities

• Wiring & termination: land and terminate low-voltage control wiring for HVAC equipment, sensors, and controllers.
• Panel Building: assemble, mount, and wire control panels per schematics and specs.
• Conduit Installation: pull, bend and run conduit across job sites in the Nashville area.
• Field Collaboration: coordinate with other trades, general contractors and PMs to keep projects moving.
• Safety & Compliance: maintain a safe workspace per OSHA standards and local electrical codes.
