Job summary

Boosterthon is seeking an energetic Part Time Event Support team member in Nashville. You will help set up and tear down event equipment, assist program leaders, and ensure a positive experience for students, staff, and families throughout Booster’s energetic events.

You will be on your feet all day, able to lift 45 lbs, and must pass a background check. This role offers hands-on support, teamwork, and opportunities to contribute to successful school fundraisers.

• Strong communication to engage students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event equipment.
• Support Program Leaders and Program Specialists during Booster events.
• Ensure a fun, organized, and safe event experience for attendees.
• Assist with crowd management and logistics as needed.
