• Active Tennessee bar license.
• Approximately 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Deposition and/or courtroom experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent judgment and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs, and substantive motions.
• Conducting legal research and assisting with case strategy.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Participating in hearings and other court proceedings.
