Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Data Analyst (Business Operations Manager) to support NASA Environmental Support Services at Johnson Space Center by managing waste, procurement, vendor, cost, and operational data. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining standardized cost-accounting and data-tracking processes.

The position requires coordinating with environmental staff, procurement stakeholders, vendors, and NASA representatives to ensure traceable and defensible records

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in waste data management, procurement coordination and tracking.
• Ability to summarize complex information clearly for NASA and contractor management.
• Experience maintaining detailed cost, vendor, procurement, or environmental records with accuracy and traceability.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet-based analysis, data tracking, reporting, and document-management tools.
• Ability to reconcile multiple data sources and produce timely management reports and invoices.

Aufgaben

• Manage waste data, procurement coordination, vendor information, cost records, and supporting documentation.
• Track data for the DSSI Waste Management Program, including expenditures and hours.
• Allocate direct and indirect costs and document rationale for allocations.
• Reconcile charges against records, invoices, and disposal activities.
• Compile monthly invoices and prepare cost reports for upcoming months.
• Analyze and summarize environmental and business information for management.
• Maintain auditable records in government databases and tracking systems.
• Support monthly status reporting, workload metrics, and audits.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and government stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure data quality through validation checks and rules.
