Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support FAA TSSC-5 contract work nationwide. This role performs installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on NAS-related electronic systems, with duties spanning site preparation, cable routing, and power testing.

The candidate will read schematics and FAA orders, work under supervision, and collaborate with senior technicians and project teams to meet safety and quality standards while enabling mission-critical

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Experience with basic electronics and RF equipment beneficial.
• Familiar with use of standard electronic test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems and equipment.
• Install racks, cabinets, and equipment per drawings and standards.
• Route, terminate, label, and test cables (coax, fiber, copper).
• Read and follow schematics, manuals, and FAA orders.
• Document work with maintenance logs and test results.
• Maintain calibration and safety practices on site.
