Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a Narrow-Web Flexographic Press Technician to set up and run a narrow‑web press, verify job tickets and proofs, and install plates, dies, cylinders, anilox rolls, doctor blades, inks, and tooling. You load substrates, establish registration and web tension, and ensure color control throughout the run.

You will log production data, perform routine checks, troubleshoot defects, and communicate with Quality, Prepress, Ink, Maintenance, and Finishing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating a flexographic press (narrow-web preferred).
• Familiar with plates, anilox rolls, inks, dies, substrates and web tension.
• Ability to read job tickets, proofs and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a narrow-web flexographic press to meet specs and schedules.
• Install plates, dies, cylinders and inks; thread substrates and establish parameters.
• Maintain color consistency and perform on-press adjustments.
• Log production data, waste, and downtime; coordinate with QA and maintenance.
