Job summary

Array Labs is seeking a Technical Communications Lead to shape how we tell our story to customers, investors, and partners. This hands-on role will write, design, and produce materials for high-stakes conversations—from investor briefs to government capability summaries—and sit at the center of how we present ourselves to the world.

You will translate highly technical content into compelling narratives, build pitch decks, and collaborate with engineering, BD, and branding to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Government, History, or Liberal Arts.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in writing, communications, marketing, investor relations, product marketing, or creating presentations.
• Ability to extract clear narratives from highly technical content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong writing and slide design with ownership of content, data visualization, and layout (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with attention to detail and product consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging strategy for new markets, product launches, and high-stakes business development pursuits as the company grows.
• Own Array Labs' overarching narrative framework, defining how the company is positioned across different external audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, business development, and brand design to translate highly technical content into accessible, compelling narratives.
• Build and maintain pitch decks, sales presentations, and briefing materials for government and commercial audiences.
• Write clear, persuasive copy that communicates Array Labs' value proposition and products across contexts.
• Design slide layouts and produce data visualization content to make complex technical concepts intuitive and compelling.
• Contribute to marketing and pitch materials, crafting narratives for target audiences.
