Sholom in the Twin Cities is hiring a NAR/Care Specialist to provide direct care to residents and support their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. This role requires CNA certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry and experience with long-term care is preferred.

Shift is 2:30pm–10:30pm with wage range $21.15–$25.00 per hour and opportunities for competitive benefits, paid time off, and retirement plan eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Heimlich procedure skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents to maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support care planning and ensure resident safety and dignity.

SUMMARY

The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to maintain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through quality care.

• Wage: $21.15-$25.00/hour. $500 sign on bonus to be paid out after 90 days employment
• Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Hours: 0.2 PM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nursing assistant experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Heimlich procedure skills preferred.
