Job summary

Grace LivingCommunity of GlenOaks in Minnesota is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NAR) to provide patient/resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will perform assigned tasks to ensure safe, timely care and communicate with residents, families and health team members.

Grace LivingCommunity of GlenOaks, part of the Benedictine Health System, is a 58 bed not-for-profit long term care facility. We provide both traditional long-term care and Transitional Care for residents needing medically complex skilled nursing services.

Job Description

The Nursing Assistant (NAR) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The Nursing Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
