Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks a PRN Advanced Practice Provider to work with an OBGYN specializing in NaPro Technology and the Creighton Model Fertility Care System, delivering comprehensive women’s health, fertility, and gynecologic care in Bloomington, Illinois.

The role covers outpatient and inpatient care, pre- and post-operative management, and fertility planning with focus on conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, and hormonal disorders. 8-hour day shifts with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed to provide advanced practice nursing or physician assistant services in Illinois.
• DEA registration to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• BLS/ACLS certified.
• Eligible to participate in Federal health programs (Medicare/Medicaid).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient care for gynecologic, hormonal, and fertility-related conditions.
• Support evaluation and management of reproductive health issues (endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal imbalances, etc.).
• Perform pre-op evaluations, prepare for surgery, and provide post-op care.
• Assist with NaPro Technology treatment plans for fertility and reproductive health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and other tests to guide care planning.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other health professionals.
• Work 8-hour day shifts.

Overview

OSF HealthCare is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Provider to work collaboratively with an OBGYN specializing in NaPro Technology and the Creighton Model Fertility Care System to provide comprehensive women's health, fertility, and gynecologic care.

JOB SPECIFICS

• Provide outpatient and inpatient care for women with gynecologic, hormonal, and fertility-related conditions.
• Support the evaluation and management of reproductive health conditions, including endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal imbalances, abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and premenstrual disorders.
• Pre-op evaluations, preparation for surgery, and post-op care.
• Assist with NaPro Technology treatment plans to support fertility and reproductive health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and other test results to guide care planning.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• 8-hour day shifts.

• Full-time, clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $55.20 - $63.65. This position is paid hourly.
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed to provide either advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act OR physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• BLS/ACLS Certified.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
• Previous APP experience with the Creighton Model Fertility Care System is preferred.
