The role involves advising on estate planning, wealth transfers, managing a book of business, drafting wills and trusts, and working closely with leadership to grow the practice, with on-site attendance required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership required.
• At least ten years of experience in trusts and estates.
• Proven ability to manage complex estate planning matters.
• Established and portable book of business.
• Strong leadership potential.
• Reside in Naples, Florida or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Advise on estate planning, wealth transfer, and related matters.
• Manage and grow an existing book of business.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the Trusts & Estates group.
• Draft estate planning documents including wills and trust agreements.
• Engage in direct and frequent client interaction.
• Counsel fiduciaries in estate and trust administration.
• Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Conduct estate, trust, and tax-related research and writing.
• Support litigation in matters related to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration.
