Qualifications

• Overnight shift availability (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly foot patrols to ensure safety and security of the community.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry.
• Observe, report, and respond to irregular or suspicious activity.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter issues.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or service calls.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with management to uphold standards of excellence.
