Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
• 7+ years of clinical experience in primary care.
• Experience with Concierge Medicine highly desired.
• Outpatient care coordination and hospital coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care coordination and some hospital coordination.
• Join a patient-centered Concierge Medicine team in Naples, FL.
• Clinic hours Monday–Friday with after-hours telephone access.
• Build a robust patient panel in a high-touch setting.
