The role includes outpatient care coordination and some hospital coordination, with clinic hours Monday through Friday and after-hours telephone access.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• 7+ years of clinical experience in primary care.
• Experience with Concierge Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care and coordinate care for Naples residents.
• Offer hospital coordination as needed.
• Maintain after-hours telephone access for patients.
