About Our Opportunity

Position: Machine Operator, 1st shift, Napkins Department.

Primary Duty

Operate and monitor machines in the production department effectively.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Start, stop, and clear jams from equipment.
2. Change labels or wrapper film as needed.
3. Maintain product quality.
4. Complete required paperwork and cycle counts accurately.
5. Maintain professional interactions and constructive relationships with others.
6. Commit to company-wide quality and safety standards.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to lead a team.
• Prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with management and coworkers.

Education and Work Experience

• Continued education preferred.
