Naperville, IL CDL A Delivery Driver (Transportation)

Delivery drivers at Martin Bros. are responsible for providing on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders while delivering Legendary Customer Service. Our drivers are the backbone of our organization, earning excellent compensation and benefits while building rapport with customers. This role is more than just driving; it’s a rewarding career.

Job Overview:

• Deliver products on time and accurately to customers.
• Hand deliver products from the truck into the customer's facility using a 2-wheel handcart and ramp off the back of the semi-trailer.
• Start times are typically between 2-4 am, with some routes starting earlier or later depending on the schedule.
• Workdays are usually Monday through Friday, with routes typically being day routes, and drivers are home daily.
• Average work hours are 10-12 hours per day, totaling approximately 50-55 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record.
