Job summary

Aldenbridge in Napa, CA is seeking a Class C driver for full-time beverage logistics delivery. You will assemble and load orders, maintain route records, and ensure on-time customer satisfaction while complying with safety standards and regulations.

The role reports to the Napa warehouse manager and requires lift gate operation, DOT compliance, and clean driving record. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state issued driver’s license.
• Clean driving record required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in route delivery or similar environment.
• Ability to operate a lift gate and use hours of service logs.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safe lifting techniques.
• Strong time-management, communication, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and basic math skills for route management.
• Familiarity with GPS apps for efficient routing.
• Experience in food and beverage delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a class C vehicle for deliveries.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Verify loads for accuracy and completeness.
• Load and unload for multi-stop deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and interior organization.
• Monitor refrigeration to ensure safety and quality.
• Plan routes, follow schedules, and adjust drives as needed.
• Use TMS on mobile device to update delivery status and PODs.
• Report incidents or damages to Warehouse manager.
• Provide invoices, collect signatures, and handle accounts receivable as needed.
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, FDOT regulations.
• Work overtime as needed and perform other duties.
