Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Maumee, OH is seeking a friendly Counter Sales associate to deliver expert customer service and automotive knowledge to our loyal customers.

Primary duties include assisting customers in person or by phone, handling cash and purchases, and retrieving up-to-date parts information from our catalogs and systems. You will communicate product features and warranty details with a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior automotive background or knowledge; ASE Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment.

• Effectively communicate features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Required skills include:
