Nanushka is looking for a talented Sales Associate to join our team in New York. We are looking for dynamic people with a modern and versatile approach. If you’re passionate about fashion, art and Nanushka, working with people, a detail-oriented mind, and a can-do attitude; we want you in our team!

As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every client is treated with the highest customer service. You will strive to discover your clients' needs and guide them across the Nanushka universe, creating a lasting experience during their visit. You will proactively reach out to your clients to achieve individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide guests through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with an exceptional client experience
  • Meet and exceed sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
  • Maintain administrative procedures, effectively manage store inventory and operations
  • Perform as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the New York Store
  • Respect Nanushka brand standards in terms of behavior
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
  • Must have flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver exceptional service and cultivate lasting customer relationships
  • Customer-centric mindset, skilled at identifying and addressing customer needs to enhance service quality
  • Positive, diligent, proactive, and oriented towards achieving targets
  • Effective team player with clear communication skills, fostering cooperation and respect
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this position (additional languages based on the market requirements are preferred)
