Job summary

Home Work Staffing in Melrose, MA is seeking an experienced, energetic full-time nanny for two children, ages 9 months and 4 years. The role centers on one-on-one infant care, feeding roughly every four hours, and long nap stretches.

The family requests a hands-on caregiver who can lift a large infant, manage light housekeeping, and provide 3:00 PM pickup and afternoon care. CPR/First Aid, a valid driver’s license, and reliable references are required.

Qualifications

• Prior professional infant and toddler experience.
• Energetic and comfortable lifting a large, active infant.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination.
• Reliable and flexible.
• Must provide 3–5 professional references.
• Legally able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Full attentive infant care including feedings, naps, diapering, and developmental play.
• Daily school pickup in Arlington at 3:00 PM.
• Afternoon care and activities for both children.
• Light child-related household tasks: laundry, dishwasher, toy organization

Guaranteed Hours:40 per week
Schedule:Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview
A Melrose family is seeking an experienced, energetic full-time Nanny for their two children, ages 9 months and 4 years. Most of the day is one-on-one with the infant, whose routine centers on feeding roughly every four hours and long nap stretches. The older child attends school in Arlington, and the Nanny handles the 3:00 PM pickup and afternoon care for both children. The family is looking for someone active and hands-on who is comfortable lifting a large infant and can pivot easily on days both children are home.
