Position Overview

A young professional couple is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their 6-month-old infant, with plans to expand their family within the next two years. They are looking for a dedicated individual with substantial childcare experience interested in a long-term position. The couple works onsite at their residence but in a separate building, making them readily available for support when needed. This arrangement is convenient as it minimizes delays due to traffic. The primary role of the nanny is to ensure the child's well-being, growth, and development in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Key duties include:

• Feeding the infant, preparing bottles, and maintaining a consistent feeding and napping schedule
• Diaper changes, washing, and sanitizing bottles
• Engaging in reading sessions, outings, and imaginative play
• Providing quality time to ensure the infant feels safe and nurtured
• Encouraging educational challenges and promoting social and engaging activities appropriate for the child's age, such as motor skills, social skills, cognitive learning, and introducing finger foods
• Managing the infant’s laundry and ensuring the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Cleaning and sanitizing nursery surfaces and baby toys
• Monitoring and replenishing child-related supplies
• Observing and reporting any changes in the infant’s behavior or health
