Home Work Staffing is seeking a Nanny/Family Assistant for a rotating, long‑term position in the Rye/Greenwich area. The role includes a live-in component with 7–10 overnights per month, travel with the family, a provided vehicle, and guaranteed 40 hours per week at $35–$38 per hour.

You will care for three children ages 7, 6, and 4, tutor at an elementary level, and manage household logistics with a second nanny. Passport required for summers in France and Nantucket.

Qualifications

• Prior professional nanny experience with multiple children
• Experience as a family assistant or personal assistant including calendar management
• Demonstrated ability to tutor elementary-age children across core subjects
• Background in teaching or education preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care for three children aged 7, 6, and 4, including morning routines
• Work a rotating schedule with a second nanny, including weekends and overnights
• Provide live-in coverage during travel periods and vacations
• Drive children to activities using the provided vehicle
• Offer homework support and tutoring across core subjects
• Manage children's laundry, rooms, and household logistics
• Maintain family calendar, events, and travel plans
• Handle errands, scheduling, shopping, and inventory
• Coordinate day-to-day with the household team
• Travel with the family internationally when required
• Supervise children near pool and ensure safety
• Be deeply committed and long-term oriented
