Job summary

The Wellington Agency is seeking a Nanny/Family Assistant in Pinecrest, Florida. This energetic, upbeat role supports three children ages 8–16, with school pickups, homework help, and activity coordination.

The position offers a flexible, on-call weekday schedule (2:30pm–6:30pm) with some weekend availability and occasional overnight care when parents travel. A health-insurance stipend and two weeks of PTO are provided.

• Experience caring for children and managing schedules.
• Ability to drive children to activities, appointments and social commitments.
• Local to Pinecrest/Miami area with reliable vehicle and good driving record.

Nanny/Family Assistant | Pinecrest, Florida

Wonderful opportunity for an energetic, upbeat, and dependable Nanny/Family Assistant who enjoys staying active and engaged with children. This busy, athletic family is looking for someone who can bring positive energy to the home, keep the children organized, and become a trusted part of their daily routine.

Schedule: (Flexible and on-call) Monday-Friday | 2:30pm-6:30pm

Salary: $75,000 | 2 weeks pto | health insurance stipend

The schedule is flexible based on the family's needs and will include some weekend availability and occasional overnight care when the parents travel. Additional compensation is provided for overnight stays.

Children: Three children, ages 8-16.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is fun, active, warm, responsible, flexible, and highly dependable. Someone who enjoys sports, swimming, outdoor activities, and working with older children would be an excellent fit.

Candidates must be local to the Pinecrest/Miami area, have a reliable vehicle and excellent driving record, be a confident swimmer, and be comfortable around dogs. The family has one well-trained Labradoodle.
