You will work with business leaders and cross-functional teams on workforce planning, headcount reporting, and process improvements while developing technical and strategic business skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.

• Support organizational planning, workforce management, and headcount reporting activities.
• Build and maintain data models, trackers, and reporting solutions using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft SharePoint sites and knowledge management resources.
• Create executive-ready presentations, metrics summaries, and business insights for leadership reviews.
