Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. seeks a NAMS/ Asset Suite Administrator to support the client on Jupiter West, FL. This is a 100% onsite, temporary project requiring relocation as needed and a start ASAP. Duration is 12+ months with possible extensions.

The role demands hands-on experience with NAMS and Asset Suite 9, plus strong incident, batch, and connectivity troubleshooting. You will coordinate across teams to ensure service reliability and perform DR exercises and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 100% onsite at the Client’s site in Jupiter West, FL (required).
• 6+ years experience in application production support (incidents, batch jobs, interfaces, user provisioning, database connectivity).
• Experience with NAMS and Asset Suite 9.
• Experience with application, infrastructure, and database connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident and service request management.
• Experience with disaster recovery exercises and planned maintenance support.
• Experience with batch processing, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and integrations.
• Experience with user provisioning, access reviews, and role assignments.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective-action.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Experience with system startups, shutdowns, failovers, switchovers, disaster recovery exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and technical support for NAMS and Asset Suite 9.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, database connectivity, interface, printing, and user-access issues.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and application alerts in accordance with established service-level expectations.
• Support system startups, shutdowns, failovers, switchovers, disaster recovery exercises, and planned maintenance activities.
• Assist with Asset Suite 9 and NAMS environment validation following upgrades, patching, server maintenance, database work, or datacenter activities.
• Coordinate issue resolution across application, infrastructure, database, cybersecurity, networking, and vendor support teams.
• Perform application health checks and identify potential availability or performance concerns.
