Who We Are

The NAMR Commercial Team is at the forefront of driving BCG’s commercial agenda with our clients. This dynamic role involves multiple responsibilities, partnering closely with Commercial Directors, coaching and supporting Managing Directors & Partners, and building the team infrastructure including databases, processes, and analysis tools. You will also lead special projects to innovate and enhance current processes and pricing strategies.

What You'll Do
  1. Collaborate with Commercial Directors on deal support, including negotiation strategies, modeling, and advising on tactics for complex deals.
  2. Manage the client rate card portfolio proactively.
  3. Deliver training and tools to client teams and coach on commercial best practices.
  4. Evolve commercial practices, content, and decision-making tools for the team and clients.
  5. Analyze competitive intelligence to identify trends.
  6. Coordinate with revenue management, finance, and legal teams to ensure unified approaches.
  7. Support team initiatives, projects, and management activities.
  8. Create dashboards and content tools to track metrics and support decision-making.
  9. Lead initiatives to improve revenue management strategies and operations.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in professional services such as law, procurement, finance, consulting, or banking.
  • Experience in multinational settings is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience and location.
Who You'll Work With

You will partner with Commercial Directors across NAMR and globally, collaborating with colleagues from Finance, Legal, and other departments to provide exceptional commercial support.

BCG operates on a hybrid model, expecting team members to work in-office 3-5 days per week. Compensation includes base salary, bonuses, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges vary by location, with specific figures provided for major cities.
