As a Sales Engineer, you will:
  1. Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint, understanding customer requirements, and providing relevant technical information.
  2. Serve as the primary technical resource during sales calls, addressing customer inquiries, educating them about features, specifications, and functionality, as well as integration possibilities.
  3. Demonstrate proficiency in networking applications and solutions, highlighting the value proposition of Fortinet products and services.
  4. Act as the main technical contact for assigned accounts, engaging with technical support and engineering to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  5. Provide post-sales training and ongoing assistance to customers, ensuring effective utilization of Fortinet solutions.
Who We Are Looking for:
  • Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN/Internet services and networking technologies.
  • Knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES protocols.
  • Sales experience with a deep understanding of the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with encryption and authentication technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills for effective communication with diverse audiences.

Expected on-target earnings for this position are between $215,400 and $278,700 annually, based on various factors including experience and location. The role is eligible for equity participation and commissions.
