Palo Alto Networks is seeking a NAM Business Insights Lead to transform raw operational data into strategic insights that guide Sales Operations, Finance, and Data Science. You will build predictive models, manage funnel mechanics, and drive AI-driven automation in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

Lead cross-functional teams across North America Shared Services, ensure rigorous reporting, and communicate narratives to theater leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, BI, sales ops, or quantitative finance with a B2B lens.
• Strong data modeling and analytics mindset; able to translate data into strategy.
• Advanced SQL and data prep skills with experience in BigQuery.
• Proficient in Tableau, Salesforce, and Salesforce Forecasting for planning.
• Experience applying AI to automate analyses and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & funnel management: optimize forecasting via predictive models.
• Deliver deep, actionable business insights and executive narratives.
• Create high-impact presentations for Sales and GTM Leadership.
• Build and refine data science models to project revenue and trends.
• Identify automation opportunities and scale secure workflows.
• Ensure data governance and 100% metric integrity across metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, GTM Strategy, and Global Ops.
